Discounts

South Florida Joint Replacement Center offers consistent self-pay pricing and may consider discounts or other financial assistance when permitted by Center policy. All requests are reviewed and documented on a case-by-case basis.

Available Discounts:

• Fixed self-pay facility pricing: Total Hip Arthroplasty $15,500; Total Knee Arthroplasty $15,500; Manipulation Under Anesthesia  $3,000. These amounts include implants, biologics, and special supplies.
• Other procedures: Self-pay facility pricing is 105% of the highest commercial payer reimbursement contracted by the Center for the applicable CPT code or service.
• Self-pay prices cover facility fees only. Professional fees are separate.
• Cosmetic procedures are excluded from self-pay discounts and this policy.
• Additional discounts or assistance may be considered under approved charitable care or financial-hardship policies.
