Charity Care

At South Florida Joint Replacement Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible, and compassionate surgical care regardless of socioeconomic status. Our Charitable Care Program supports eligible patients, including vulnerable, underserved, and publicly insured populations.

Requests for charitable care, financial assistance, discounts, or payment arrangements are reviewed individually. Approval is at the Center’s discretion and does not replace the Center’s established self-pay pricing or other approved financial-hardship determinations.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Eligibility is determined through an individualized review under the Center’s Charitable Care Policy. Patients who may qualify will be evaluated based on applicable eligibility criteria and supporting documentation.
• Charitable care applies only when approved by the Center and does not apply to cosmetic procedures.
