- Payment Plans and Other Discounts
- For all payors, including self-pay, a patient may request a discount and/or payment plan if certain criteria are met. The Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible formonitoring these discounts and notifying the Administrator of any excess discounts and/or payment plans. Approval is at the facility’s discretion and should be made on case-by-case basis.
